Behind TEND
TEND is led by me, Tania Borle.For most of my career, I have been at my best with my hands in the work. Helping shape the idea, build the plan, sort through the mess, share what I know, and move things forward.I like the doing. I like the weeds. I like the moment when scattered pieces start to make sense.But I have also learned that getting things done is not the same as tending them well.Moving fast can create momentum, but it can also make you miss not just things, but moments... experience. Also the friction in a process, the person who is quietly stuck, the detail that would have changed the outcome, the seed worth saving for next year.
TEND is my practice of slowing down enough to notice, while still caring enough to act.It is how I bring together what I have done for years lead and grow teams and talent, client experience, process development, operations, project support, and practical problem-solving — with the kind of attention that creates better, more lasting outcomes.For how people work.
